ebook-tools-dbg software package provides library and tools to work with the EPub file format - debug symbols, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ebook-tools-dbg
ebook-tools-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ebook-tools-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ebook-tools-dbg *
You will get with ebook-tools-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
